General Information
The AHS Japan chapter is sponsoring an AHS International Meeting on Advanced Rotorcraft Technology and Life Saving Activities inUtsunomiya, Japan on November 11-13, 2002. This is the second AHS meeting held in Japan, following Heli Japan 98. This meeting offers attendees an opportunity to present and discuss the latest advances and topics in the following areas:

Abstract Submittal

Abstracts should be sent to Dr. Shigeru Saito or Prof. F.H. Schmitz by mail, fax, or e-mail, no later than February 28, 2002. Abstracts should be within two pages documenting key results and conclusions plus attachments of background data, summarized figures, and illustrations to be used, with enough details to ensure an adequate evaluation of the scope, quality, significance, and immediate benefit of thepaper. Papers should not include classified data.
Paper selection will be completed by April 15, 2002. At that time the Technical Chair or Session Chair will contact authors with further instructions. Deadline for the final manuscripts will be August 15, 2002.
