It is my pleasure to announce that the international Meeting on Advanced Rotorcraft Technology and Life Saving Activities will be held in Japan from November 11 - 13, 2002. The location of the meeting will be the Tochigi Prefectural Culture Center in Utsunomiya, Tochigi prefecture. Tochigi prefecture is just north of Tokyo, and is famous for the natural beauty and historical treasures of its mountain resorts, Nikko and Nasu. The Organizing Committee is planning a comprehensive technical program based on Verti Flite for the new century.
We look forward to seeing you in November 2002.
